Jacqueline Case became a realtor in 2002. Her career in real estate has grown into a passion for helping each family find the perfect home to fit their needs, along with helping investors and sellers maximize their opportunities.
Jacqueline is a member of the Screen Actor’s Guild (SAG) as a professional dancer, actress, and singer, and donates her time and talents to many local non-profit organizations. Combining her passions for community and the arts, Jacqueline has been performing with the South Coast Chorale (SCC), the LGBT Chorus of Long Beach, since 2008 and has been singing with the Praise and Worship Team at Christ Chapel of Long Beach (CCLB) since 2014.
Jacqueline has been Vice-President of Membership of Long Beach Heritage since 2014. She has been proud to serve on the Board of Directors for PREPA since 2015 and as the Vice-President of the Board in 2016. She is honored to be stepping into the role of President in 2017 and will continue to build bridges between PREPA and diverse segments of the community for advocacy and education. Her passions include preservation of historical homes, affordable living for all, and finding solutions to homelessness.

Sally Doherty has been serving homebuyers and borrowers for over 30 years, first in loan servicing and then as a staff appraiser. With this background, she moved into the world of lending and has helped thousands of families to improve their financial position through the purchase of a home or the refinance of their current home. Her focus is on education: Educating the consumer about the benefits and intricacies of homeownership and educating her REALTOR® partners on lending trends and ways to use the information to reach out to their customer base.
Sally is an active long-time member of Women’s Council of REALTORS® and served on the local board for three years. She still maintains their social media presence. She is also a member of Pacific West Association of Realtors. She enjoys meeting a group of friends at the Long Beach Ronald McDonald House monthly to fix dinner for the 30-50 residents. And she is a member of a local committee (really, a group of good friends) for an annual major fundraiser for the City of Hope.
Photography is Sally’s passion outside of work. She spends weekends exploring Southern California, camera in hand and journal in her knapsack. Lately, she has been leading small groups to Downtown Los Angeles and other areas via the Metro, which combines her love of adventure with socializing with her friends and meeting new ones. And last but not least, she finds great joy in her grandson who she has nicknamed BrenDawg and travels to Austin as often as she can to play with him.

Carlos has lived in Southern California for 20 years where he is active in community development and with various education events through different organizations. He has studied Psychology and Public Administration, has been a member of the board and committees for non-profit organizations dedicated to promote and protect equality and social justice. During his free time, Carlos enjoys traveling, cooking, entertaining, and hiking.
Justin has had a very diversified career in the real estate industry. In 1994 he began his career in title insurance assisting agents in increasing their business by selling residential & multi-family properties for the best possible price in the shortest amount of time. Licensed in 2003 Justin continued his expertise in marketing & selling residential I multi-family properties.
Justin obtained his broker’s license in 2008 and teamed up with Boardwalk Properties and specializes in the marketing and sale of REO properties. Justin is currently the Vice President of Operations for Boardwalk Properties. Justin Potier has been a published author in the area of real estate and most recently was featured in The Miracle Morning For Realtors.
Justin is a very active in the real estate community and serves on the board of directors for REOMAC, AREAA and PREPA.
Their brokerage has closed over 600 properties in the last few years. Besides being versed in the REO transaction side of real estate, they have a growing short sale, property management, and luxury divisions.
Caitlin Stearns, General Board

Caitlin began her career in the title industry 25+ years ago and she loves the fast-paced, problem-solving environment it provides. Her experience in the real estate industry, specifically in the Long Beach community, gives her the knowledge and connections to understand the needs of the region and to utilize the resources available to maximum benefit. She is passionate about supporting her community by giving back to a wide range of organizations. She has been instrumental in organizing and sustaining GAFRA (Gay and Friendly Realtor Association), for years has raised awareness and funds for the CARE program at St. Mary’s Hospital, has supported more than 30 local organizations and now lends her enthusiasm and tenacity to the PREPA Long Beach Board of Directors. Her greatest joy is her husband, Peter, and our four sons – Chris, Jon, Zachary and Nick. As a family, they enjoy travelling adventures and playing games together. To top it off, her household includes Betty the cat and Sophie the dog. It’s a full life!

In addition to leading an award-winning Agency team, nationally recognized for both excellence and production, Keir has been selected as Co-President of the On Broadway Business Association, President of the Long Beach Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, Vice President of the Long Beach chapter of PREPA, and on the board of the Long Beach Grand Cru fundraiser for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles.
The actions that have caused Keir to be recognized are not only his insurance achievements as a community business leader, but, on a very visual level, he has been integral in countless community cleanups, fundraisers, local school events and sponsor of Long Beach athletic programs —and he has been there in times of need to lend a hand to his neighbors. Keir also works tirelessly behind the scenes to improve Long Beach for all. He does not forget those that may not have a voice, he has consistently fundraised with the St. Mary’s CARE Organization to benefit those that suffer from HIV/AIDS, been named as a major donor for the CARE 21 leadership group, ran donation drives for Foodfinders Long Beach, and helped with his time and money to make sure the One Day Christmas Store is supplied with Christmas gifts for children and parents who may otherwise go without. Keir is also a major donor to The Center Long Beach, which reaches out to the LGBT community for health consultations, counseling issues, and brings diverse cultural programming to the entirety of Long Beach. Though each of these actions are significant; some benefiting large numbers of Long Beach residents and others making a huge difference to just one child, it was the culmination of Keir’s servant leadership which caused him to lead the field.
He has been recognized by Mayor Robert Garcia, Vice Mayor Suja Lowenthal, awarded “40 under 40” by the Long Beach Post, and as “Best Insurance Agency in Long Beach” by GetOutLB.
Martine Crutchfield is the Business Development Director for Cardinal Escrow in Long Beach. She was born and raised in Southern California. Martine is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University, in Los Angeles, where she received her B.A. in International Business. After graduation, Martine took a position in the Marketing and Sales department for Scott Sports. In 2013, Martine began her job at Cardinal Escrow. She finds the best part of being the Business Development Director is meeting new people, and working in a fast paced, continually changing environment. Martine’s focus remains on networking with Realtors in Southern California, and using the most up to date technology and applications to effectively reach clients.
Martine has a passion for raising money for cancer research. She has donated much of her time to many charities including: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, City of Hope and Be The Match. When she is not in the office, Martine can be found visiting her family and friends in Canada, snowboarding and skiing, swimming, attending Anaheim Ducks games, spending time with her husband Scott, and dog Ares.
